INGREDIENTS
7 pitted dates (roughly chopped)
3 dried apricots (roughly chopped)
20 gr unsweetened chocolate (melted)
1 small banana
2 tbsp oat milk
200 – 220 gr porridge or oats
1/2 tbsp cacao
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp raw hazelnuts (grounded)

TIPS
METHOD
1- Place chopped dates, chopped apricots, melted chocolate, banana, oat milk, porridge or oats, cacao and cinnamon in a food processor and mix everything well.
2- Then add grounded raw hazelnuts and mix them using a spoon
3- Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and use your hands to roll it into a ball. Set in the fridge for 5 minutes
4- Roll the balls into coconut flakes pressing gently, so they adhere.
5- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.
