OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE

I’m keeping records of some of the articles that have been sent to my email. I’m interested and willing to read them again and again when I need them. That’s why I wanted to keep them in my blog without a broken link. Below article is from the Underarmours’ MyfitnessPal blog. This easy overnight oats recipe is the perfect make ahead breakfast. It’s a delicious and healthy breakfast you’ll love!

Breakfast: oatmeal with bananas, blueberries, chia seeds and almonds on a plate on wooden table
Overnight Oats with fresh blueberries and banana

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup whole rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 banana, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Fresh blueberries

METHOD

Add all ingredients except berries to a jar and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight; in the morning, top with fresh blueberries and enjoy.

Serving of Yogurt with Whole Fresh Blueberries and Muesli on Old Rustic Wooden Table
