How Much Water You Should Drink A Day


HOW MUCH WATER YOU SHOULD DRINK A DAY

Unfortunately, I am drinking more water than I need.  Years ago I have read that if the whiteness when you press your finger to the skin vanishes instantly, your water rate in your body is healthy,  but if it goes away slowly you have excess water in your body.

So far I do not know if its true or wrong, once when I had free time while working I went to the infirmary in order to talk to the doctor. He didn’t say anything about my method was right or wrong but he pointed out that I can be carefull about it with a simple calculation.

Recomended daily intake of water is differs due to persons weight, daily activities and the climate that person lives in but you can learn how much water do you need with this simple calcuation.

In adults you have to drink 3% of your body weight.  So if you are 100kg you need to drink 3lt of water, if you are 50kg you need to drink 1.5lt water.  You can multiply your weigt with 0.03 and get how much water you should drink daily. According to this calculations I have to drink 2.1lt of water.

While I’m talking about water I’m not just talking about pure water. Teas, coffees and soups are included in this.
